Atlantic Lithium has agreed to Elevra Lithium transferring its 22.5% stake and related rights in the Ewoyaa Lithium Project to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt. This transfer, pending regulatory approval, will allow Huayou to solely fund the development costs of the project, potentially accelerating its progress. The deal simplifies the funding structure and is expected to boost the development benefits for Ghana and local communities. This arrangement is separate from Atlantic's ongoing scheme with Huayou but includes provisions to adjust financial terms if needed.
