Appia completes share exchange to hold 25% in Ultra USA, advancing rare earth projects in Brazil.

Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. has finalized a share exchange agreement, acquiring a 25% stake in Ultra Rare Earth Inc. (Ultra USA) by transferring its 25% interest in Ultra Brasil. Ultra USA and its subsidiary now fully own Ultra Brasil, which explores rare earth minerals in Brazil. This strategic move positions Appia to benefit from Ultra USA's development of high-potential rare earth projects in Goiás, Brazil. Following the exchange, Appia’s CEO will join Ultra USA's board, and Ultra USA will complete a prefeasibility study on the Ultra IAC Project. This transaction aligns with geopolitical shifts and strengthens Appia's portfolio in critical minerals.
