Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. has completed a share exchange agreement, transferring its 25% interest in Ultra Brasil to Ultra USA in exchange for 2,342,500 shares of Ultra USA common stock. This transaction consolidates Ultra USA's ownership of Ultra Brasil, which holds rare earth exploration projects in Brazil. Appia now holds a 25% equity stake in Ultra USA and has board representation. The move positions Appia to benefit from Ultra USA's development of rare earth resources amid changing geopolitical factors, with Ultra USA responsible for completing the prefeasibility study on the Ultra IAC Project.
