SAP partners with S3NS to expand sovereign cloud services in France, boosting AI-driven enterprise solutions.

SAP SE and S3NS, a cloud service provider by Thales and Google Cloud, announced an expansion of sovereign cloud services in France with Thales as the first customer. SAP will deploy its RISE private cloud edition on S3NS' SecNumCloud-certified platform, PREMI3NS, by late 2026, ensuring data stays under French jurisdiction while enabling AI-driven applications for regulated sectors. This partnership aims to enhance secure cloud adoption across Europe and improve operational efficiency, with Thales migrating its ERP systems to the platform. SAP also reported strong quarterly earnings and highlighted significant AI-driven productivity gains, targeting 2 billion euros in efficiency improvements by 2028.
