Aon appoints new regional CEOs for EMEA and Latin America to strengthen leadership.
Aon plc announced new regional leadership appointments: Kai-Frank Buechter and Tracy-Lee Kus as co-CEOs of EMEA, with Buechter overseeing Continental Europe and North Africa, and Kus managing the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and the Middle East. Pedro Penalva will become CEO of Latin America. These changes aim to enhance Aon's client service and strategic execution amid rising market complexity. Outgoing leaders Julie Page and Alejandro Galizia will support the transition through 2026 before becoming senior advisors in 2027.
