Amgen presented new Phase 3 data at the EULAR 2026 Congress showing that UPLIZNA (inebilizumab) provides sustained disease control and a strong safety profile in IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD). No flares occurred in patients continuing UPLIZNA, with many achieving remission without steroids. Additionally, real-world evidence supports TAVNEOS (avacopan) efficacy and safety in ANCA-associated vasculitis, enabling reduced steroid use. These findings highlight advances in managing challenging autoimmune diseases and potential for earlier intervention and steroid reduction.
