American Rare Earths (ARE) announced the appointment of Matthew D. Gili, an experienced mining executive and current CEO of a NYSE American-listed uranium company, as a Non-Executive Director. Gili brings over 25 years of mining expertise, including hydrometallurgical processing relevant to rare earth extraction, and strong Wyoming operational knowledge. His addition strengthens ARE's board as the company advances its Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project, the largest rare earth deposit in the U.S., and prepares for a NASDAQ dual-listing targeted for the second half of 2026. Gili will also join the Technical Committee to support the project's feasibility study and processing development.
