Active Energy signs deal to expand modular digital infrastructure in Gulf Cooperation Council region

Active Energy Group PLC has signed a strategic distribution agreement with Fog Hashing Pte Ltd to accelerate the deployment of modular digital infrastructure across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This deal grants Active Energy distribution rights throughout the GCC and establishes a framework for a broader exclusive partnership, contingent on commercial milestones. The partnership aims to enhance access to modular infrastructure, technical support, and deployment expertise, enabling faster rollout of ultra-low-cost power-connected sites in the UAE and wider GCC. This will support revenue-generating projects including third-party hosting, digital asset hosting, high-performance computing, and future AI workloads, with flexibility to upgrade infrastructure for next-generation technologies.
