Active Energy Group announced that its Ghummud site in the UAE has been fully energised ahead of schedule, accelerating the start of operations and potential revenue generation. This early energisation validates the company's strategy of acquiring existing grid connections to reduce execution risk and capital costs while speeding market entry. The company also expects to complete the Kazna transaction soon, with both sites together offering 5.5 MVA capacity and projected annual revenue of around $2.6 million. Active Energy aims to scale capacity to 15 MVA and eventually 100 MW, with additional grid connection opportunities under review.
