What should I do if the crypto asset I sent isn't received by the recipient's wallet on an external platform?

You can check on the Block Explorer by following these steps:

  • Open the Transaction History page in the Pluang app.
  • Tap the transaction whose status you want to view.
  • Then simply click View Block Explorer.

If the status of your crypto asset transfer on the Block Explorer is already successful, you can contact the receiving platform to have them check on their side.
