Founded in Jakarta based on Limited Company Act on November 27th 1976 and start the commercial operation since 1978 which conduct in pharmaceutical business.On its first establishmnent, the corporate produce & distribute medicine products for livestock & pet.. Since 1985 the corporate develop pharmacy division which emphasize produce and distribute health product for human and for livestock held by veterinary division.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
