PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. (the Company), previously known as PT Dayamitra Malindo, was established on October 18, 1995 in the framework of the Republic of Indonesia Foreign Investment Law No. 1 of 1967, as amended by Law No. 11 of 1970, with the approval of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No.B-576/ Pres/10/1995 dated October 16, 1995.
