Based on the Company’s stockholders’ circular resolution dated June 6, 2007, the stockholders approved the change in the legal status of the Company from a Limited Liability Company “Perseroan Terbatas” with Foreign Capital Investments facility to a Limited Liability Company “Perseroan Terbatas” with Non-Foreign Capital Investments facility/Domestic Capital Investments, including the revocation and/or cancellation of every existing agreement of the Company related to Foreign Capital Investments.
