The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia approved the deed of establishment in his decision dated April 23, 2002 and was published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.80 Supplement No.9565 dated Oct 7, 2003. The latest changes in the articles of association of the Company was based on notarial deed No.51 dated October 21, 2003 of Rini Yulianti SH, notary in Jakarta, regarding with public offering.

About Megapower Makmur Tbk.

PT Megapower Makmur Tbk (the Company) was established based on notarial deed No. 05 dated August 1, 2007 and amended with deed No. 160 dated September 19, 2007, both made in front of Ms. Rose Takarina, S.H., notary in Jakarta. In 2010, Megapower Makmur had acquired by Bina Puri Holdings Bhd and start investing through Power plant in one of the Indonesia shortage of electricity area.
