The latest changes in the articles of association of the Company was based on notarial deed No.51 dated October 21, 2003 of Rini Yulianti SH, notary in Jakarta, regarding with public offering.

PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was originally established under the name PT Kurnia Kapuas Utama Glue Industries (which was subsequently changed to PT Kurnia Kapuas Utama Tbk).
