PT Panca Budi Idaman (The Company) was established by Notarial Deed No.16 dated January 10, 1990 made before Notary Endang Irawati Ekaputri, S.H.,which was amended by Notarial Deed No.3 dated July 2, 1997 made before Notary Jenny Jacinta Lukas, S.H., and Deed No. 10 dated October 17, 1997 made before Notary Kiagus Zainal Arifin, S.H. Panca Budi Group was founded by Djonny Taslim in 1979 who started his career as a general merchant distributing plastic bags made from PP, HDPE and PE. In 1990, Djonny Taslim established PT. Panca Budi Idaman ("the Company") to produce and distribute finished products of plastic bags. The Company commenced its commercial operation by producing plastic bags in 1991.
