PT Bank Bumi Arta (the company) was established under its original name of PT Bank Bumi Arta Indonesia on Mar 3, 1967 then changed to PT Bank Bumi Arta based on Notaries Deed dated Jul 19, 1989 and the deed of establishment was approved by the the Ministry of Justice dated Sept 14, 1992.
