PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (the Bank) was established on November 6, 1989 based on Notarial Deed No. 68 of Soetjipto, S.H., which was amended by Notarial Deed No. 49 dated December 5, 1989 of the same notary. The Bank started its commercial operations in 1990.
