The Bank started its commercial operations in 1990. As of December 31, 2012, the Bank has 10 domestic branches, 27 sub-branches, 10 cash offices and 45 Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) located at Surabaya, Jakarta, Semarang, Denpasar, Medan, Bandung, Makassar, Malang, Solo and Purwokerto.
