The Bank's name was changed into PT BankKesawan based on the Deed of Articles of Association Amendment No. 60 dated March 10, .1965 of Ong Kiem Lian, SH, notary public in Jakarta. Subsequently, following the acquisition of the Bank's shares by Qatar National Bank S.A.Q. on January 26,.2011, the Bank‟s name was changed into PT Bank QNB Kesawan Tbk. Subsequently, the bank's name was changed into PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk.
