The amendments made are primarily intended to align the company’s articles of association with the new corporate law No. 1 year 1995. The company started its commercial operations in 1985. the company is domiciled in Jakarta, while its factories are located in Citeureup and Cirebon, West Java. The company and its subsidiaries were a multibusiness group divided into Cement Business as the Group core business, and Other business. The Cement business mainly includes the operation of the eight integrated cement plants at its Citeureup-Bogor site, two integrated cement plants at its Palimanan - Cirebon site with a combined annual capacity of 10.9 million tons, consisting of 10.7 million tons of portland cement and 0.2 million tons of specialty (white and oil well) cements, and its ready mix concrete manufacturing subsudiary.
