PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk (the company) was established on 3 May 2000 based on Notaries Deed No. 2 and the deed of establishment was approved by the the Ministry of Justice dated Sep 7, 2000. The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 9 of Robert Purba, S.H., dated 6 May, 2009, concerning among others, public offering and issue warrant.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively. In 1974, PN Telekomunikasi was further divided into two state-owned companies, Perusahaan Umum Telekomunikasi (Perumtel) and PT Inti.
