The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. C2-6196.HT.01.01.TH’89 dated July 12, 1989 and published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 Supplement No. 1959 dated May 4, 1993. Then the Bankconducted a business consolidation through merger with other banks in 2004.
