PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Bank Mutiara Tbk) (“Bank”) was established under the name of PT Bank Century Intervest Corporation by deed No. 136 dated May 30, 1989 of Lina Laksmiwardhani, SH, substituteof Lukman Kirana, SH, Notary in Jakarta. The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. C2-6196.HT.01.01.TH’89 dated July 12, 1989 and published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 Supplement No. 1959 dated May 4, 1993.
