PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk formerly PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk was established on 15 July 1999, resulting from the restructuring and consolidation of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, its holding company. At the time it was established, the Company commenced its business activities in the securities sector, among others are financial advisory, brokerage, underwriting, and research and development.
