PT Golden Flower (The Company) was established on Semarang based on Deed of Incorporation No. 11 dated March 7, 1989 Notary Joeni Moeljani, S.H., The Company's Deed of establishment was corrected by Deed No. 26 dated July 10, 1996 by Notary Lenie Sahara Hardjanto Loebis, S.H., the Company name was changed to PT Puspa Sari Kencana. This Deed has been approved by Minister of Justice of the Republic Indonesia through Decree No. C2-9266 HT.01.01.Th.96 and was published in Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia dated April 22, 1997, No. 32.
