PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (the Company) was established under the name of PT Federal Adiwiraserasi based on Notarial Deed No. 50 dated 20 September 1991 of Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H., a Notary in Jakarta. As the largest group of automotive parts manufacturing and distributing companies, PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk included 27 subsidiaries and employs 16,303 people. About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
