PT Asuransi Kresna Mitra Tbk (the Company) formerly name PT Maskapai Asuransi Patriot was established dated April 24, 1956 in Jakarta based on Deed No.187 of Meester Raden Soedja notary. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic Indonesia through Decision Letter No. J.A.5/49/19 dated June 25, 1956 and reaffirmed in decision Letter No. C2-HT.01.01-A.8725 dated November 20, 1992, and was published in supplement No.31 additional No.1665 of the state Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia dated April 16,1993.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively. In 1974, PN Telekomunikasi was further divided into two state-owned companies, Perusahaan Umum Telekomunikasi (Perumtel) and PT Inti.
