The amendment was approved by Ministry of Justice in the Decision Letter No c2-6442.HT.01.04.TH.97 dated July 9,1997 and was published in the State Gazette No. 73, Supplement No. 4085 dated September 12,1997. The company is domiciled in Jakarta with 19 branches and 26 representative offices. The company started its commercial operation in 1973.
