The Companys articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 79 of Yulia, S.H., dated Jun 25, 2010, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, Par value and public offering.

PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk formerly PT Bhakti Capital Indonesia Tbk was established on 15 July 1999, resulting from the restructuring and consolidation of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, its holding company.
