In 2002, the Company acquired 141 minimarkets from PT Alfa Mitramart Utama to support activity in retail distribution. Then in the same year, the company changed brand name Alfa Minimart to Alfamart.

According to the masterplan, Greenwood Sejahtera will build 3 tower on the site. The other tower will be completed in 2017 and the area will be expanded to 5.4 hectares. Its ground breaking ceremony is on September 12, 2009.
