Berdasarkan akta No. 1 tanggal 3 Februari 2020 oleh Yudha Setyagraha Tedianto, S.H., M.M., M.Kn, notaris di Bekasi, PT Cosmopolitan Electric telah berubah nama menjadi PT Agung Menjangan Mas The Company started commercial operrations in 2017.
