PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (“Company”) was established based on Deed No. 14 dated September 10, 1968 of Notary Frederik Alexander Tumbuan. The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia, in its Letter No. JA5/18/21 dated April 15, 1969. The total mining area is approximately 72.478 Ha with estimated total resources of up to 1.6 billion MT.The Company also has other subsidiaries that developed various types of business, such as mining service and port management through PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama, air charter services through PT Indonesia Air Transport, aircraft repair and maintenance through PT Global Maintenance Facility, and PT Bhakti Migas Resources.
