The companys articles of association were amended several times, the lates on Dec 18 1996, when the companys name was changed to PT Argha Karya Prima Industry. The Company has manufacturing facilities located in Citeureup. Bogor and employed 1.186 people as Dec 31, 1999. The Company commercial operations commenced in 1982.
