PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was established on January 6, 1917 under the name “NV The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Limited” and changed its name to “PT Goodyear Indonesia” on July 25, 1978. On November 10, 1980, the Company obtained approval from the Capital Market Supervisory Board (BAPEPAM) to offer a portion of its shares to the public through the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
