PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk was established on May 28, 1982 and was approved by the Minister of Justice under decree No. C2-1325.HT.01.01.tH.82 dated September 21, 1982. Then on February 11, 1983 the Company was approved by the Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia No. 633/MD/1983.
