What things should be ensured when topping up via Permata Virtual Account?

To be able to top up via Virtual Account, users must first carry out basic verification.

Make sure that the name of your destination VA is your registered name on Pluang.

Make sure the transaction you made has been recorded in the "History" menu with the description "Top Up" on the Pluang application.

The minimum top up amount using VA is IDR 10,000,- excluding top up fees.

The maximum top up amount using VA varies for each bank, generally up to Rp9,999,999,999. Please check the transaction limit on your respective mobile banking application!
