How to withdraw funds using USD Direct in Pluang?

You can contact the Priority Service Line via live chat on your application or email to tanya@pluang.com.

The Priority Service Line team will send you a form that you need to complete, namely the Priority Customer Fund Withdrawal Form.

The target bank account that can be used is a bank account that has the exact same name as your registered name in the Pluang application.

The minimum withdrawal of USD balance is $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars). There is no maximum nominal for USD balance withdrawal.

Complete and sign the form provided by the Priority Service Line Team, then send a softcopy (scanned PDF) of the form along with a photo of the front page of the bank account savings book (containing the name and account number) that you want to use as the recipient account.

The Priority Service Line team will contact you by phone to verify and confirm the USD fund withdrawal that you have requested.

After receiving the documents you provide, the Pluang Team will process your USD Balance withdrawal request. This process takes a maximum of 3 working days after successful telephone verification.

Please note, Pluang does not charge any fees for USD Balance withdrawals. However, the Bank may charge a fee for transfers, especially if the transfer destination differs from one Bank to another. All costs incurred in connection with the fund withdrawal transaction will be charged to the user.
