What things should be ensured when top-up via QRIS?
- Make sure you have completed the basic verification.
- Make sure the saved QR Code is still valid and has not expired.
- Make sure to top up within 24 hours because the QR Code will expire if the transaction is made after 24 hours.
- Make sure the transaction you made has been recorded in the "History" menu with the description "Top Up" on the Pluang app.
