What is meant by payment confirmation on Top Up Direct BCA?

BCA Direct Top Up Payment Confirmation is an automatic verification process carried out by the Pluang system to ensure that funds transferred from the user's BCA account have been correctly received into the Pluang account.

Once the confirmation is sent, your Pluang balance changes and top-up status will be updated within a few minutes. However, if there is a difference in the name between the source account owner and the name registered in Pluang, we need a maximum of 1x24 hours to check. If there is an error in the nominal amount, your top-up will be returned in full no later than 1x24 hours if the data in the Payment Confirmation is complete and correct.
