Crypto Futures Maintenance – 26 May 2026: What You Need to Know
Pluang will perform scheduled maintenance on the Crypto Futures product on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 from 06:00–10:30 WIB. During this window, Crypto Futures trading and Margin Wallet transactions will be unavailable. All other Pluang products — including spot crypto trading — are unaffected.
What you CANNOT do during maintenance:
- Open, close, or cancel positions on Crypto Futures
- Top up or withdraw from the Margin Wallet
- View live updates on the Order Book, Last Price, or Mark Price
What to do before maintenance starts: Pluang recommends closing all active Crypto Futures positions before 06:00 WIB. Open positions will continue to run during maintenance, but you will not be able to monitor or manage them until 10:30 WIB.
What is NOT affected:
- Your Spot Wallet balance — safe and unaffected throughout
- Spot crypto buying and selling — available as normal
- In-app Live Chat — accessible throughout maintenance
