Can I make an accelerated payment for my gold installments in Pluang?

You can make accelerated payments for bills due in the same month without having to wait for the debit on the 25th (Twenty Fifth) as the deadline for installment payments each month. This faster payment option will be available starting on the 1st at 07.00 WIB every month.

For example: Your due date is June 25th. If you want to make a payment on June 10th, you can make the payment by clicking “View Schedule” on your installment menu.

For more detailed information, please see the following steps:

1. Go to the gold asset page, then select your gold balance icon.

2. Select the “Installment” icon to enter the Gold Installment menu.

3. Select "View Schedule" to see your installment payment schedule.

4. Then select "Pay Now" for installments that are due in the same month.

5. Please check the details of the next installment payment, if it is correct, please swipe up to complete the payment transaction.

If you receive a notification saying “Cannot pay in advance”, it means that you are making an installment payment that is not due for the month or are trying to pay the installment for the following month.

If you want to speed up installment payments for the same month but your IDR balance is insufficient, a notification will appear saying “Insufficient balance”.
