Pluang cannot help to cancel crypto assets that have been sent. If you have not received a crypto transfer from another platform to your Pluang account, you can contact Pluang Care for further checking. Pluang Team will help as much as possible to check your transaction. If the transaction meets the applicable conditions for refund, then of course the Pluang team will help so that your transaction can be refunded.

However, before making a transfer, make sure the recipient's wallet address and other data are correct. This is to avoid the assets sent from being lost due to inputting the wrong wallet address, network errors, or selecting wrong assets.
