How to Receive Crypto Assets Using Tags?
XRP requires a tag when receiving crypto assets. Here are the procedures for receiving the assets in your Pluang account:

Open the crypto asset page you will receive, then click the following icon:

Select “Accept”. Then, select the appropriate network.

On this page, there is wallet address and tag information that must be copied by the crypto sender. You can also save the QR Code image of your wallet address and send it to the sender. Don't forget to also copy your tag information. Please note that if the sender does not fill in the tag information or fills in the wrong tag, the assets sent will be lost.
