- Our team will complete the transaction via a recorded phone conversation, offering competitive prices for the amount of IDR you wish to convert.
- Your IDR conversion value will be locked in for 30 minutes.
- Once the price is agreed upon, our team will send you a digital form to complete and sign. After completing it, please send the form back by replying to the email.
- Your funds withdrawal will be processed and sent to your rupiah account within a maximum of 1 business day after your request is confirmed.
