Why was my withdrawal rejected?
The status of a fund withdrawal being "rejected" can be caused by several of the following things:
- The registered name is different from the name on the identity card. In this condition, you must submit a request to us through the Pluang Care service so that we can help adjust your registered name in Pluang to match the name on the identity card. But usually, the Pluang team directly adjusts your registered name if there is a discrepancy with the name on your identity card.
- Registered name/Name on Identity Card is different from the Name on the Destination Bank Account. In this condition, you must use another bank account to make a withdrawal. However, you must ensure that the name of the bank account owner is exactly the same as the name on the identity, to avoid rejection again.
- Rejection from the Bank side. The reason for rejection from the bank side is usually because the Destination Bank Account is blocked or the Destination Bank Account status is Dormant. So you have to withdraw funds again using another active destination bank account to avoid rejection again.
