What data is required to replace or delete my registered bank account in Pluang?
To change or delete a bank account registered with Pluang, you need to prepare the following information:
- Old bank account number
- Name registered on the old account
- New bank account number
- Name registered on the new account
You cannot change the details of a bank account that is already registered in the Pluang app, but the Pluang team can help you delete your dormant or unused bank accounts. Please contact Pluang Care's 24-hour service with the details of the bank account you wish to delete, via email at tanya@pluang.com or the interactive live chat service in the app menu, or the Pluang call center at (021) 8063 0065 on Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. WIB.
