Yes, you can update the data on your KTP registered in Pluang. To do this, you need to provide these following informations:

• Updated data on your new KTP
• Reasons for wanting to renew your KTP
• Latest original KTP photo
• Selfie photo with latest KTP
  

To make the changes, you must submit a manual request by contacting Pluang Care's 24-hour service via email at tanya@pluang.com, the interactive live-chat service on the app menu, or the Pluang call center at (021) 8063 0065 on Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 18.00 WIB.
