The heir must have a KYC verified Pluang account, then apply to attach the required documents to Pluang Care.

Required documents include:

• Account Owner Name
• Account Owner Email Address
• Account Owner's Mobile Number
• Name of heir
• Original Family Card
• Death Statement and Certificate
• Certificate of Heir from the authorized official
• The heir's mobile phone number that is registered on Pluang
• Photo of e-KTP of heir
• Selfie photo with the heir's e-KTP
• Photo of e-KTP of account owner
• Statement of Heirs (If there are several heirs in the KK)
