PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was originally a joint venture between a subsidiary of Kaiser Cement and Gypsum Corp. and PT Semen Gresik. Founded in 1971, the company owns a factory in Narogong, West Java, with an annual capacity of 3 million tons. The Company changed its foreign capital investment status (PMA) to domestic capital investment (PMDN) based on the approval from Chairman of Capital Investment Coordinating Board No. 17/V/1988 dated November 19, 1988. Effective January 1, 2006, the Company changed its name from PT Semen Cibinong Tbk. to PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk.

PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (the Company) (formerly PT Sinarlika Portibijaya Plantation) was established on July 31, 1993 based on the Notarial Deed No. 189 of Reny Helena Hutagalung, S.H., Notary in Medan. The Company has operated its palm oil processing factory since May 2010.
